He consistently asks thoughtful questions, seeks ways to improve, and isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table. His proactive attitude and commitment to learning have made a noticeable impact in a short amount of time.

What truly sets John apart, though, is the way he creates meaningful moments for others. After learning that an office manager for one of our tenants had a birthday coming up, he made a note on his calendar, picked out a beautiful flowering plant, and personally delivered it to her desk. Her surprise and heartfelt appreciation were a reminder that it's often the smallest acts of kindness that leave the biggest impression. John's thoughtfulness and genuine care for the people he works with embody what it means to be a Moment Maker.
